Job Description

Our client, an impact-focused investment firm, is hiring a strategic and purpose-driven Head of Investor Relations to lead fundraising and investor engagement initiatives across its growing platform. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for shaping capital raising strategy, building trusted investor relationships, and elevating the firm's profile across the private capital and impact investing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead capital raising initiatives across current and upcoming funds. Develop and manage fundraising materials, investor presentations, and data rooms. Identify, build, and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, DFIs, and strategic partners. Work with leadership on fund structuring and positioning aligned with financial and impact goals. Serve as the primary contact for existing and prospective investors. Deliver timely and transparent communications including reports, newsletters, and investor updates. Coordinate due diligence processes and manage investor queries. Build relationships with co-investors, accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem partners. Identify partnership opportunities that enhance firm visibility, deal flow, and brand positioning. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership. Oversee external communications strategy including PR, media, and content development. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence and investor engagement. Amplify the firm's voice as a regional leader in impact investing.

Requirements:

7 to 10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital raising, or private markets with PE/VC firms. Proven track record of building and managing institutional and private investor relationships. Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on fundraising activities. Familiarity with impact investing, ESG frameworks, or thematic investing is an advantage. Entrepreneurial, mission-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
