Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 20,000 that are in Software & Platforms
• Responsible for end to end delivery
• Should have experience in managing scale & complexity
• Capacity planning, Escalation / People management
• Managing Technology clients
• Well versed with various platforms
• Innovative & transformational thinking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Must have at least 15 years overall experience in BPO Operations
• Must have at least 10 years Leadership experience
• Skills and experience in Innovation/Business Excellence
• Strong understanding of Digital marketing, advertising, content display, keeping platforms safe, payment safety, fraud avoidance, SEM and SEO
• Management reporting experience
• Managing measured productivity of different enabling teams
• Experience managing productivity-driven operation
• Can demonstrate flexibility and agility to changing needs
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work straight night shift and overtime or swing shift.
