HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Support the Director, Southeast Asia in leading the Southeast Asia Marketing team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of all marketing and PR activities in the Southeast Asia region which primarily consists of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Monitor and analyse all project performance and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing and PR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Upholdi the compliance to brand guidelines, legal procedures and all administrative and financial protocols.
  • Leading presentations made to senior management and preparation of management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including trade marketing, business development, events and product development teams to align initiatives.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • University degree holder major in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
  • 12 years of regional experience in Tourism, Hospitality, FMCG or service industries of similar capacity with minimum 7 years of experience in team management.
  • To have proven track record in driving successful marketing strategies and leading high profile regional campaigns.
  • To be equipped with experiences in both Marketing and PR/Communications
  • Proficient in digital marketing, campaign and brand management
  • Expertise in media relations, communications strategy, branded content production and influencer marketing
  • To have experience in team management. A strong leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor team members and drive collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple stakeholders across borders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and exceptional planning skills.
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable to lead presentations and have the ability to effectively articulate strategies, plans and results to stakeholders.
  • Experience in marketing analytics, performance tracking and making business decisions based on data and market research.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary.
  • Understanding of Hong Kong and its tourism offerings will be a strong advantage.
  • Frequent duty traveling will be required.
LOCATION:
  • The position is located in our Singapore Office.
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
