This role is the Marketing Lead person responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns/ programmes for consumer banking, managing product launches/refresh, acquisition, and portfolio management. Provides strategic thought leadership, working in strong collaboration with various business units and external vendors to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and programs that drive business objectives and revenue.
Responsibilities
Work with relevant stakeholders to develop, support and coordinate omnichannel initiatives. Develops these channels\xe2\x80\x99 marketing strategies to create a unified and seamless customer user experience.
Recommends the most appropriate channels across paid, owned and earned media to be leveraged based on campaign objectives and bank\xe2\x80\x99s business goals.
Leverage data driven insights derived and analysis of products\xe2\x80\x99 propositions to drive personalisation and customer engagement.
Proactively and continuously review plans on a rolling basis with adjustment for shifting priorities, delayed progress or identified risks. Guides others in effectively pivoting strategies, building initiatives to execute marketing plans and managing associated changes.
Proactively lead and coordinate with other marketing team members, as well as product and segment teams for their support and services to deliver end to end excellence in campaign management.
Initiate, review and analyse campaign requirements with Business teams, managing the required approvals
Manage all agencies and external vendors, ensuring all briefs are accurate, timelines and key milestones are met; and budget are adhered to.
Track and measure campaigns\xe2\x80\x99 ROI, profitability and performances of all campaigns and marketing programmes.
Track and maintain campaign/program budget, responsible on reporting all A&P spend, monthly accruals and forecasts.

Conceptualise and deliver strong, impactful marketing campaigns and programs for consumer banking. Enables customer-centric approach to marketing by bringing strategic priorities to life while maintaining consistent messaging, visuals, and brand positioning across all channels.
Business
Good foundation and understanding of marketing channels that drives business goals. Capable of reviewing marketing and media plans with strong knowledge of different levers to move to drive optimisation and effectiveness of these plan within allocated budget. Build strong partnership with internal and external teams to deliver full integrated campaigns.

Ensure all marketing campaigns/programmes are managed in alignment with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
Diligent tracking and monitoring of these marketing channel performances.

Oversees partner agencies where applicable. Work closely in teamwork with both SG and Group B&M and Digital Banking teams and in strong partnership with relevant Business stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate
10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in all aspects of Campaign and Marketing management, with working knowledge of consumer banking products and payment platforms
Related qualifications from recognized tertiary institutions.
Extensive understanding of financial products and related segments in Singapore and the key levers to drive performances.
Strong understanding of conceptualizing marketing toolkits, applying their principles and guidelines for campaign and marketing programs.
Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and changes.
Understand the latest digital trends and customers\xe2\x80\x99 digital journeys on the internet. Good knowledge of integrated media channels and applying this knowledge to review and optimise the media channels, translating marketing awareness to consideration and conversion.
Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills to manage stake holders; experienced in leading cross functional teams.
Able to multitask and deliver high quality execution/implementation.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to present strategies, visual concepts and narratives.
Goals and results oriented.
Good business acumen to manage budget and resources.
