Palawan Beach - located on Sentosa Island in Singapore, is Shangri-La Group’s first standalone lifestyle and entertainment precinct. Bringing colourful joys of life to our guests outside of the hotel setting Shangri-la is leveraging the decades of experience we have in hospitality, Food & Beverage, and family experiences; designed to bring families and friends together, enabling our guests to play, explore and bond together. Scheduled to open in March 2023, this iconic new beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore attractions. We are looking for Director of Attractions : As the Director of Attractions, we rely on you to:

• Ensure the facilities and associated areas, the sports & recreation program and service delivery area

of the highest standard during all hours.

• Ensure all facilities are operational and maintained in accordance with all current legislation and

statutory requirements at all times.

• Drive and develop operational performance, productivity in achieving standards and goals

• Creativity and drive innovations in enhancing customer experience

• Implementations and maintaining the safety and security of attraction site

• Liaise with and be certified by the relevant governing stakeholders

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion and relevant experience in managing Attraction facilities

• Is enthusiastic and customer-oriented

• Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo

• Loves being creative with an eye for detail

• Enjoys interacting with guests and engaging them

• To lead a diverse team of colleagues

• Has great leadership and interpersonal skills
