Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Director of Banquet Operations is responsible for the overall management of hotel banquet operations. He/she will exercise complete oversight and management over the day-to-day banquet operations, including responsibility for all banquet functions and coffee breaks, developing guest/client relationships with respect to their functions and excellent customer service, managing the daily set-up and break-down assignments, and training colleagues on presentation and service standards, as appropriate.
