Key Responsibilities * Directs, manages / co-ordinates all phases of the Hotel's Food & Beverage activities on a daily basis to ensure guests' expectations are met. * Co-ordinates with Executive Key Responsibilities Directs, manages / co-ordinates all phases of the Hotel's Food & Beverage activities on a daily basis to ensure guests' expectations are met. Co-ordinates with Executive Chef to ensure food served adheres to quality and food safety/hygiene standard. Works with Culinary Team, Catering Sales Team and all relevant parties to ensure function requirements / details are accurately and cater to timely. Creates new Food & Beverage promotional concepts and events and or activities to maximise / achieve budgeted food and beverage sales and, ultimately profitability. Ensures training and upskilling of staff to expand their abilities and increase retention. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Business management desirable Has extensive experience in hotels' Food & Beverage operations with good knowledge of Chinese restaurant operations Has exceptional influencing and relationship building skills Has the ability to monitor brand signatures, brand standards and operating procedures Please send your application to [HIDDEN TEXT]
