You are a highly experienced hotelier who is passionate about offering extraordinary dining experience to the guests. You\xe2\x80\x99re one who seek out creativity and eager to be the leader in spearheading trends in local food scene. Your great personality & charisma enables you to interact well with people. Qualifications:

Your Profile

• Minimally three years as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or one year as Director of Food & Beverage in a well-established luxury hotel brand
• Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet management
• Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
• A can-do attitude
