Job Description
Our client is a boutique asset management company headquartered in Singapore and they are an MAS Capital Markets Services Licensee (Fund Management).
They are looking for a Director of Operations who will be responsible for all middle and back-office activities of the fund. This includes managing trade operations, fund accounting, service provider relationships, and compliance support, ensuring that the fund operates efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations and control functions (specifically in risk management and/or compliance). Strong understanding of fund operations. Proven ability to manage service providers and regulatory relationships.
Note: This position need not be a full-time role so it may appeal to candidates who need to juggle other commitments. However, the successful candidate cannot be holding other employment that will pose a conflict of interest with this role.
