The Impact You\'ll Be Contributing to Moloco:We are looking for a Director of Regional Strategy and Operations to drive our global DSP business. As a trusted partner of regional Sales leaders, this role is instrumental in steering the commercial strategy and operations for Moloco\'s fast-growing DSP business by leading a team of strategy and operations managers across the world.The Regional Strategy and Operations (RSO) team is part of Moloco\'s Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and is a key partner for Sales leaders across Moloco\'s largest offices. RSO works with Sales to build effective market strategies and drive growth through excellent execution of those strategies. RSO also serves as a connecting point between the central GTM team and the regional Sales teams, making sure regional voices are heard at a global level and ensuring that global strategies are executed effectively on the ground.The Opportunity:The best candidate is a strong leader with a global mindset who is a top-class program manager, a strong executor, and a passionate strategist who knows how to zoom out, harmonize different perspectives, and move their team forward once decisions are made. You act as the COO of the global commercial leadership team to drive global and regional initiatives, ultimately driving top line growth of Moloco business. You have a growth mindset and love to work with cross-functional teams to create real value. You understand the global market and customers, and know how to win and scale in the market as a strategist.

  • Lead and develop a team of six RSO managers who support regional Sales leadership in Moloco\'s APAC, EMEA and US offices
  • Partner with Sales leadership to craft regional market strategies and oversee effective execution of those strategies
  • Closely interact with the Sales teams to identify operational challenges, define improvement initiatives, and work with global GTM teams to solve those challenges
  • Be the bridge between the central GTM team and regional sales teams; understand the problems that need to be solved \xe2\x80\x9con the ground,\xe2\x80\x9d provide regional input into the development global programs and help land global initiatives within the regions
  • Ensure that regional strategies ladder up to a coherent global strategy and track ongoing progress towards key goals
  • Support business cadence between global and regional teams and core operations functions in region, such as target-setting and quarterly prioritization of initiatives
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
  • 15+ years of Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership experience
  • Experience leading a diverse and geographically dispersed team
  • Keen understanding of B2B Sales motions, from top of funnel lead generation to long term value sustainability, combining strong analytical ability with a deep understanding of real-life seller and customer dynamics
  • Proven track record of driving top line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast-paced, B2B sales setting
  • Ability to challenge and persuade cross-functional audiences to act - from peers around the org to senior executives
  • Bonus points: experience in the adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or the machine learning space
  • Bonus points: past work in a fast-paced startup environment
