As a trusted partner of regional Sales leaders, this role is instrumental in steering the commercial strategy and operations for Moloco's fast-growing DSP business by leading a team of strategy and operations managers across the world.The Regional Strategy and Operations (RSO) team is part of Moloco's Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and is a key partner for Sales leaders across Moloco's largest offices. RSO works with Sales to build effective market strategies and drive growth through excellent execution of those strategies. RSO also serves as a connecting point between the central GTM team and the regional Sales teams, making sure regional voices are heard at a global level and ensuring that global strategies are executed effectively on the ground.The Opportunity:The best candidate is a strong leader with a global mindset who is a top-class program manager, a strong executor, and a passionate strategist who knows how to zoom out, harmonize different perspectives, and move their team forward once decisions are made.
