This role, the Director, Talent Acquisition, APJ region will continue to evolve, build and lead a high performing team in ServiceNow's fast-paced environment. The person will inspire a growing team of leaders and recruiters, and be focused on growing our APJ go-to-market team.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES OF THE ROLE
Global Talent Acquisition overarching objective: Deliver the internal and external talent to fuel the growth and success of ServiceNow.
Measure: For aligned business groups, consistently attain 98-100%+ of target quarter to quarter.
Global Talent Acquisition overarching objective: Hire diverse talent
Measure: Strive to hire ahead of workforce mix for underrepresented groups in the AP geography for assigned business groups.
Global Talent Acquisition overarching objective: Set high expectations, develop strong teams, and be a "great place to work" in TA.

Focus on operational excellence including investment in the tools and processes that provide for durable talent pool curation across the function. Increasing the consistency and quality of reporting to provide clear insight into the function.
Continuously refine the candidate and hiring manager experience - you will develop a co-created point of view on what a great experience looks and feels like based on deep candidate empathy and by seeking continuous feedback from stakeholders.
Insights and data-driven: You'll understand the need for meaningful insights to influence strategies and decisions.
