It is the portfolio company of notable PE/ VC such as Warburg Pincus, Sequoia, Founders Fund Notable accolades from past years include: Employee Experience Award- Best Rewards and Recognition Programme (2022); Top Telco for Customer Service- Seedly; and Top Employer- Influential Brands (2019) ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are looking for a dynamic HRBP to support Circles.Life engineering organization in a fast paced and rapidly growing start-up environment that is disrupting the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can also enjoy scaling day-to-day People & Culture processes and procedures. You will be partnering with the engineering leadership team and wider organization to develop the HR strategy for growing, retaining and engaging the Engineering organization. The right candidate is self-motivated, embedded with the business priorities and is able to develop HR solutions that align with those business priorities. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Partner with the P&C centre of excellence (COE) to develop and deliver value-added solutions to the CTO that support the engineering organization business objectives. Ensures successful rollout of key P&C programs to the engineering organization which include performance management, talent review, compensation, workforce planning, onboarding, communications, engagement surveys and policy interpretation. Collaborate with the wider P&C team members on recruiting projects to meet organization business/hiring needs. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Engineering line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement) Work closely and on a weekly basis with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale/culture, and increase productivity and retention. Handle, mediate, and/or investigate employee matters and complaints. Lead employee meetings, handle conflict negotiation/resolution and provide recommendations to the leaders for (when possible) mutually beneficial closure of issues. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 14+ years of demonstrated success as HRBP supporting business leaders and organization. Engineering HRBP experience is a must. Supporting a regional engineering organization is a strong plus. HRBP experience in a mature start-up environment with hyper-growth. Must have strong strategic skills and the ability to move seamlessly from strategic to tactical. Day-to-day working experience with HRIS platforms, performance management tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to support organizational and leadership effectiveness. Strong knowledge and design skills in change management, organizational design, systems thinking, strategic communications, team dynamics, and coaching. Familiarity with employee engagement and performance management best practices trends. Related experience is a plus. Proven ability to successfully work with and influence a global, fast-paced and predominantly engineering organization.
