Cellebrite is currently seeking for a Pre Sales and CSM Director, to engage with customers on their entire life cycle (from pre-sales, implementation and customer success) for Singapore end customers. This position would support all technical efforts associated with solutions that assist Law Enforcement Agencies to achieve their Digital Transformation.

What is your mission?

  • Lead a team of pre-sales and CSM experts across the APAC territory, with an eye to retaining talent, morale and motivation
  • Ensure that the pre-sales and CSM functions are aligned with regional goals and with the strategies of the sales leadership
  • Manage a close relationship with sales, marketing and regional leadership
  • Manage close relationships with our strategic customers is APAC, and become the leader of a function that is seen as a trusted advisor
  • Be a leader that is willing to roll up the sleeves and get hands-on as needed to win the business.
  • Take ownership and is accountable for his/her team\xe2\x80\x99s success and the corresponding customer outcomes.
  • Identifies current and future customer technical requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements.
  • Provides product or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Prepares solution design by understanding customer requirements and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
  • Develops customer\'s staff by providing technical information and training.
  • Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demos.
  • Participating and speaking in trade shows.
  • Engaging with internal stake holders (R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management).
  • Ensuring acceptable product implementation and use.
  • Supporting end-user trials when required (including at least 50%c traveling abroad).
  • Providing support for internal issues raised by Cellebrite co-workers.
The superpowers we are looking for:
  • Graduate of Engineering and/or IT courses.
  • Fluency in written and conversational business English.
  • Knowledge in Hardware products and Solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) and basic networking.
  • Excellent knowledge of network communications and internet protocols.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Presentation and Communication Skills.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Pro-activity and Independency are a must.
  • Technical background on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solutions and outcomes.
