The Director, Pricing - Asia Pacific (APAC) will play a pivotal role in shaping Hilton's commercial growth strategy across one of its most dynamic and diverse regions. As part of the APAC Commercial Services organization, this role leads the pricing vision and strategy for APAC portfolio, ensuring Hilton maintains a market-leading position in pricing excellence and innovation.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management and Commercial Services - APAC, the Director will act as Hilton's regional pricing governance, driving strategic initiatives that enhance pricing precision, elevate commercial performance, and deliver sustainable value for hotel owners and stakeholders.
This is a leadership role that blends strategic foresight, analytical depth, and strong cross-functional influence to advance Hilton's commercial agenda in APAC.
You will lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and governance of Hilton's pricing strategies across APAC. This includes driving long-term capability building, leading regional pricing innovation, and ensuring short-term commercial success through optimal price positioning and execution.
The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels - able to engage confidently with senior executives while translating complex data and technology solutions into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
You will be instrumental in positioning Hilton at the forefront of pricing innovation in APAC. This role will not only enhance near-term performance but also shape the long-term evolution of Hilton's commercial capabilities - driving strategic advantage and value creation across the region's diverse markets.
Work location will be in Singapore or Shanghai.
