The Role Responsibilities
Program Management and Execution

  • Identify best marketing programs to achieve business objectives, mainly to drive card spends and customer engagement.
Program management:
  • To create and establish the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) of TGL to drive card spends and customer engagement in line with revenue targets and business goals.
  • Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including communication strategy, frontline and operations management.
Merchants Management
  • Strategy planning to identify correct merchant targets/segments to best fit business objectives and aligning with investments allocated.
  • Solicit and manage merchants, negotiate best privileges for credit card customers.
  • Maintain close merchant relationship to constantly consistent messaging to customers explore new partnership opportunities.
Investment Optimisation
  • Identify and allocate best and efficient use of marketing investments for strategic merchant partnerships and marketing communications, to drive highest return for the TGL program.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank\'s marketing standards.
Marketing Channels and Collaterals
  • As part of overall TGL strategy and execution, ensure strategic and adequate levels of marketing communications to drive top-of-mind and brand awareness to drive card spends.
  • Working with Brand & Marketing to roll communication strategy and plans to drive business goals and ensure holistic customer awareness and engagement.
Planning, Budgets, Reports and Accountability
  • Track and measure on effectiveness (ROI) of marketing activities, events and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, revenue generation and customer experience.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
