Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and Quality Media solutions for the advertising industry. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you! We are looking to add a Sales Director to lead the charge in APAC. This individual will be responsible for driving the rapid growth of Publica’s and IAS’s sell-side revenue in the region by building strong relationships with partners, advertisers, and platforms and closing key deals. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of salespeople and customer success managers in the APAC region.
  • Work with leading publishers to sell Publica and IAS Sell-Side solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and guide product roadmap to win them
  • Build long-lasting relationships with video publishers and traditional broadcasters
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to evangelize the Publica brand, attend conferences and lead webinars
The ideal candidate will:
  • Experience building and leading a team of salespeople and customer success professionals
  • Naturally connect and build strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasive
  • Have an ability to inspire trust and followership in others through compelling influence, powerful charisma, passion in their beliefs, and active drive
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Motivated, passionate, and able to keep a positive attitude with a passion for growth
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms would be a plus, not a must
  • Possess an understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Leverage network of existing contacts to advance partnership discussions
Experience:
  • 10+ years of direct quota-carrying sales experience
  • 3-5+ years of direct line management experience
  • Ideally have a strong network and contact book across the APAC region
  • Experience with CTV and publisher experience strongly preferred
  • Strong sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience
  • Deep knowledge of the ad tech landscape including competitive set, including in local APAC markets
  • Ability to grow existing sales opportunities with an extra emphasis on sourcing new sales opportunities
