MANAGING DIRECTOR APMENA (APAC & MENA) In order to accelerate and scale the development of our operations and business in Middle East and in APAC (APMENA), VALTECH is seeking for a Managing Director to lead this newly formed region. Required experience: . +15 years of experience in establishing and scaling digital and consulting businesses in the region . 10 years of C-level position . Experience of business transformations for large MNCs, SMEs and start-ups . Successful business growth, pivot, exit (sales and IPO) and Mergers & Acquisitions . Experience of large, value based deal negotiations Responsibilities: . Regional strategy . Go to market strategy . Clients relationship and business development . Support on strategic pre-sales and sales discipline . Develop synergies between APAC and MENA . Develop and adapt Valtech service offerings to the region, industry specifics and the trends (PESTLE) that form the catalyst for new businesses and new ventures . Optimise the production and delivery operations with a healthy balance of on-shoring, off-shoring and near-shoring . Develop partnership and alliances . Define and execute Strategy for organic and non-organic growth (M&A) . Due diligence for potential M&A, negotiation, transaction and integration
