Microsofts Commercial Solution Area sets the sales strategy, leads technical sales, and operations as a hub for the Commerical Solution Areas and Support Services that power the Microsoft Cloud. We work closely with other Microsoft teams and partners, especially Customer Success, Marketing, and the STU, to ensure those solutions meet our customers\' needs.
As an Azure Specialist Manager, you will be a senior solution leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will lead a team of sales specialists, working on the most complex migration deals across Asia/APJ, while also supporting Linux, Networking and Azure Security solution areas.
Generally, you will be an Azure and Datacenter Infrastructure subject matter expert and will help coach your and wider STU organization on how to approach migration projects to Azure for Microsoft customers. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the CXO level with technology decision makers. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. You will remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction.
