Director Sales Management (rfp Specialist)

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a chance to be a key player in driving sales and revenue growth for the company across regions by providing expert-level guidance on strategic proposals.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with sales and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Develop compelling solutions to meet the dynamic needs of clients by customizing and presenting the most effective value propositions.
- Collaborate with global teams to manage the RFP preparation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive intelligence and industry best practices.
- Actively participate in projects and bring innovative ideas to the table
- Translate and update RFP responses and client-facing content into Simplified Mandarin, if needed.
- 10+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong command of Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Experienced in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
