They are looking out for someone who has these attributes: Job roles: . Deliver the standardized dashboards and reports with Leading and Lagging Indicators that complying with the corporate policy. . Participate the UAT of Corporate CRM applications, support documentation and coordinating to deploy them to the markets in Asiapac. . Interpreting business requirements into the data model and undertaking detailed analysis of data held in a variety of formats. . Comprehensive technical knowledge of the Corporate CRM & BI backend structure in relation to the Data management perspective . Identify the operational gaps through the gap analysis and provide the solution or workaround. . Ensure efficient and effective assistance is given to Associate Regional SFE Director to enable an efficient and continuous functioning of Corporate CRM & BI solutions. . Coordinate database management standard operation processes, functional gap analysis and document it along with the Company's standard procedure for the Territory Sales Analytics (TSA) and KPI evaluations. Knowledge/Skills: . Fluent in writing SQL scripts and queries and must know other programming languages . Prior experience with Data Discovery Tools (Toad, Tableau) . Prior experiences with business processes mapping into the BI solutions . Minimum 5 years as a Business/Data Analyst . Minimum 23 years working experiences with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 10/11g .
