ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a senior strategic planning professional with excellent analytical skills, able to work at a senior level across all functional levels. A strong planner with experience at setting and assessing business performance. A leader willing to be hands-on and to drive planning activities cross-functionally. Detail oriented and able to run a planning project to schedule, driving quality outputs within a set timescale. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Planning and important member of the COO office team with access across senior leaders and Founders. The Director Strategic Planning will be part of a core team expected to provide cross-functional leadership and project support to deliver a coordinated plan that optimizes returns across multiple objectives. They will be responsible for driving completion of the strategic plans for the business and overseeing business reviews on a monthly basis. The Director will support Department Leadership in strategic planning as well as the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives.
They will facilitate processes to design and document strategic goals, outcomes and related projects, as well as overseeing development of project plans aligned with strategic objectives.

• Reporting to the VP Corporate Planning, you will be responsible to effectively implement and manage corporate planning, business performance, strategic initiatives
• Be a key person in the team, contributing to important planning and strategy execution work spanning the whole company.
• Participate in strategic reviews of business performance, leading several key areas as required.
• Coordinate strategic planning efforts among disparate functions spanning the whole company on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Partner with BUs and Business Functions to document requirements to execute strategic priorities
• Facilitate communication and negotiation with leadership and other key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings

• 12+ years Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Transformation Planning, or similar programs, with progressive responsibilities
• Consulting experience as an added advantage
