ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a senior management professional with excellent analytical and strategic planning skills who is able to work at a senior level across all functional levels. A strong leader with experience at setting and assessing business performance who is hands-on and able to drive planning activities cross-functionally. Reporting to the COO and with broad stakeholder access across the leadership team and Founders. S/he will be expected to provide cross-functional leadership and project support to deliver a coordinated plan that optimizes returns across multiple objectives. They will be responsible for driving completion of the strategic plans for the business and overseeing business reviews on a monthly basis. The VP will support Department Leadership in strategic planning as well as the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives. They will facilitate processes to design and document strategic goals, outcomes and related projects, as well as overseeing development of project plans aligned with strategic objectives. This is a group level role based in Singapore

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible to effectively implement and manage planning, business performance, strategic initiatives
  • Support executive management, in particular the COO, as a strategic advisor to help ensure successful execution of business strategy
  • Conduct strategic reviews of businesses, products, and operations to identify opportunities
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly business reviews, working closely with key leadership team members to track performance, identify risks and opportunities
  • Formulation of plans, initiatives, and measures to support implementation of strategies
  • Coordinate strategic planning efforts among disparate functions spanning the whole company
  • Assign risk weighting to programs and determine risk mitigation activities
  • Partner with BUs and Business Functions to document requirements to execute strategic priorities
  • Take charge of monitoring Key Performance Indicators and performance management reviews
  • Track progress of work plans and support efforts to improve and streamline existing management reporting
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation with leadership and other key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meeting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 18+ years of experience in Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Transformation Planning, or similar programs, with progressive responsibilities
  • Consulting experience as an additional advantage
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity with competing objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical abilities
  • Very Strong Executive communication skills with senior leadership
  • Top-tier MBA preferred
  • Ownership, drive, rigor, and courage in their work product
