It is the portfolio company of notable PE/ VC such as Warburg Pincus, Sequoia, Founders Fund Notable accolades from past years include: Employee Experience Award- Best Rewards and Recognition Programme (2022); Top Telco for Customer Service- Seedly; and Top Employer- Influential Brands (2019) ABOUT THIS ROLE: The Head of Talent Management is responsible for driving end-to-end Talent Management Strategy within Circles.Life. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating organizational- wide efforts to ensure Performance Management (PM) are developed and managed using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives. The position will also maintain effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Act as the subject matter expert and own in the design, development and implementation of the PM and talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for PM policy development.
  • Research and assist in the development of PM training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
  • Experience in design and implementing end-to-end performance management programs.
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
