Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will be working in Distribution Business Process team, who will play an integral role in ensuring that we take our service levels to great heights and critical business processes are established and reviewed.

:

  • Supervise and be responsible for daily operation activities and handle exceptional cases for Transfer of Policy team
  • Lead the implementation of system for distribution campaigns and other customers promotion.
  • Manage and perform timely completion of UAT process for Persistency and orphan assignment enhancements.
  • Introduce, establish, and implement system enhancements, governance control and process improvements for Transfer of Policy team (TOP).
  • Introduce, establish, and implement system enhancements, governance control and process for third party products/PFA channel
  • Lead and manage Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) exercise, review all operational processes within DBM, collaborate with the team to implement optimized solutions.
  • Involve in strategic initiatives on TOP and Agency Services when required.
  • Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholder to drive business improvement process.
  • Mentor, coach and provide guidance to junior team members.

Working Experience:
  • 4-5 years relevant work experience as well as proven track record of at least 2-3 years in similar role
Professional Qualifications:
  • Certificates on project management preferred
Education:
  • Degree in Business, Insurance, Project Management or related field preferred
