Meaningful work from Day One

The Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner will lead the execution of the global D&I strategy for multiple regions in B-F, including Australia, Asia, Turkey, India, Middle East and North Africa Region. This role will be responsible for recommending, developing and managing diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives that work to reinforce an inclusive culture and build a workforce that is diverse. You will work closely with B-F business to ensure initiatives, resources and tools are effectively leveraged to promote awareness of diversity and inclusion opportunities, and ensure alignment with business practices and the D&I strategic plan.

What you will experience

Diversity & Inclusion Leadership and Thought Partnership

Localises the global D&I strategy to assign business unit(s) in partnership with business leaders. This includes strategic planning and implementation, establishing best practices, and assisting in the development and implementation of training and awareness programs

Recognizes and responds to diversity needs, issues and initiatives with appropriate diversity and inclusion tools, strategic assessments, best practices and benchmarking to support the needs of the organisation

Partners with and advises business leaders in the execution of their local D&I strategy, D&I Council and Employee Resource Group (ERG), as appropriate.

Partners with market leaders and HR Business Partners in the creation of D&I capability and approach

Tailors diversity and inclusion educational curriculum strategies and tools to ensure relevant content and alignment to the overall diversity and inclusion strategy.

Partner with ERG Manager, helps steward the ERG governance model across regions for educating and training the D&I Council and ERGs; and builds agents of change in ERG Leadership by partnering internally and externally to curate and deploy relevant D&I education

Facilitates workplace education programs whose purpose is to achieve cultural sensitivity and awareness and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Supports processes and systems which hold leaders accountable for their support and implementation

Monitors performance metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and activities

Benchmarks effectiveness of Brown-Forman's diversity and inclusion efforts and ensures best practices are implemented by staying informed of leading diversity and inclusion trends and issues

Embed and Cascade D&I Throughout Organisation

Partners with business leaders to ensure a diverse and inclusive lens is applied across our business and people processes, including our succession planning/talent review process, employee relations and candidate recruitment/onboarding.

Executes the diversity and inclusion communication strategy to ensure broad communication of all initiatives

Builds relationships and provides expert counselling and coaching to business leaders

Enhances and maintains management commitment through building awareness for the business case of diversity and inclusion, ensuring basic conceptual clarity about diversity and inclusion. Coaches managers and employees in effectively implementing diversity practices and initiatives

Your profile

At least 5 years' experiences with diversity and inclusion work and/or organisational development work

Experience in designing, developing and delivering blended training and/or education plans; instructional design experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, organisation behaviour or related discipline

Strategic planning skills and the ability to manage project Implementation

Effective communication skills, problem-solving, change management communication

Ability to listen and communicate effectively and to facilitate dialogue resulting in equitable outcomes.

Language - English and Chinese preferably
