What the role is:Are you someone interested in managing logistics and procurement? If so, we want you to be part of our Logistics and Finance (L&F) Team at the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in Ang Mo Kio Police Division. The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. The L&F Team is an essential part of SPF whereby the Divisional Logistics Management officer will oversee the division\'s police equipment, infrastructural works and procurement requests. You will need to monitor all maintenance, repairs and servicing of police-issued equipment in Ang Mo Kio Police Division. Your primary role is to support the Division in managing the readiness of our police equipment and perform audit checks on the NPCs as well as to raise and process procurement requests in the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). This will include tracking of all general contracts that the division is handling and ensuring supporting documents for all purchasing requests are submitted timely. You will be involved in handling indentation of equipment as well as tracking and reporting of fixed assets and inventories. You will also need to cover the duties of the Case Property officer in his absence. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.What you will be working on:We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to be part of our L&F Team. You will be trained to carry out the duties of a divisional logistics management officer in dealing with internal and external agencies. You will be tracking all police equipment in Ang Mo Kio Division and be au-faut with all procurement matters as well as making sure officers adhere to all instructions and procedures. You will also be required to lead and participate in projects that help to enhance the systems and processes in the L&F office.What we are looking for:
