JOB PURPOSE For Dormitory In Charge - Key personnel in attending and rectifying dormitory issues related to workers\xe2\x80\x99 matters such as violation of dormitory rules, hospitalisation and urgent home leave etc. Minimize Dormitory Issues - Conduct 2 times weekly check in dormitory during working hours \xe2\x80\x93 for absenteeism and random check.
- Assist management to identify room leader
- To ensure workers abide dormitory rules and comfortable stay in dorm.
- To attend complains from workers for poor facility in dorm and report to corporate HRD.
- Submit monthly report to management
- SWSHPP
- BCSS
- CSCPM
- First Aider
- Risk Assessment
- WAH for Supervisor
- Health insurance
- Monday to Friday
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
- Dormitory coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
- Health insurance
