Set up to manage worker dormitories in Singapore, Nexus Point’s vision is to provide safe and comfortable homes to foreign workers who contribute so much to their host country. The guiding principle is to create a Home Away from Home experience for the workers at our Dormitory.

• Patrolling at the dormitory blocks, commercial area and around the perimeter
• Residents room inspections
• Residents’ access control and bag checking
• Manage visitors and contractors’ movement
• Car park and vehicle movement control
• Attending residents’ check-in and conduct briefing
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the dormitory management
