In Dot net: MVC: Salary: Expected Salary: Notice Period: Nationality: Status: Reason for Change: Education: DOB: JOB DISCRIPTION: Production Support Analyse and troubleshoot incidents and support queries raised by business users First point of contact for any incidents and support queries 24 x 7 x 365 standby support for critical incidents Ensure prompt communications with users for incidents and queries updates Lead incident resolution by working and escalating with relevant technical teams (Application SME, Infrastructure, Network, DBA and Security teams) as and when if required Incident tracking Update Documentations and Knowledge Portal Problem Management Fix bugs Provide permanent fix or temporary workaround till permanent fix is identified Complete root cause analysis Provide functional, architectural and process improvements as required for the support and maintenance of the system areas in scope Fix any security vulnerabilities in the application Upgrade of obsolete libraries Install and renewal of SSL certificates Fix any IT and audit issues within the agreed time Fix any issues identified by Penetration Testing/VA Scan Enhancements Understand the business and technical requirements Responsible for performing the necessary clarifications on the business and technical requirements with business users and application SME. Develop, Configure, Test, and Implement change requests Update required documentations Take ownership of the communication with the users to ensure the messages are conveyed clearly and professionally.
