Job Description
:
Drafting glazing and architectural faaade shop drawings. Prepare detail drawings and fabrication drawings. Assist in preparation of contract and tender documents for construction projects. Analyze completed work and preparation of progressive claims, potential variation claims at regular intervals from the main contractor. Site co-ordination and drawing verification where needed. Estimation of overall costing of the project. Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum 2 year in relevant working experience preferred Able to handle multiple projects at any time Good oral and written communication skills Team player with initiative and high sense of responsibility to complete work on time Proficient in Autocad/Sketch up/BIM/ Revit and Microsoft office Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision 5.5 daysaEUR(TM) work week Able to work in a factory/industrial area
