The Service Manager - Front Office (Duty Manager) provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of the Front Office Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and the hotel.Areas of Responsibility : Front Desk Guest Relations Concierge/ Transportation/ Airport Representatives Guest Service Centre Horizon ClubJob Requirements Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management Minimum 2 years working experience in a junior management or supervisory capacity in the Front Office of a 200+ room, four/five star international hotel. OPERA PMS knowledge Ability to work flexible hours Experience of working with a multi-national work force
