Job Description


Main Responsibilities includes -

  • Manage front office operations on the shift
  • Provide information to the hotel guests on the hotel facilities and anticipate hotel guests' need
  • Assisting with all in-house's guest transactions and enquiries
  • Analyze the variance report to ensure room's revenue control
  • Supervise and coach the team members
