Job Description

Our client, a global multinational financial institution, have attributed their growth and success to their diverse and inclusive working environment and a platform that continues to develop and progress their employees. They are now looking to hire into their Early Careers Team where the qualified individual will be responsible for recruiting early career talent across the APAC region.

Your key responsibilities will include the planning and execution of a number of early careers recruitment activities surrounding internship, apprentices and graduates hiring. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement early careers programmes, initiatives and strategies to attract and engage top talent into the company. You\xe2\x80\x99ll continuously build strong relationships with university partnerships and drive marketing campaigns & initiatives whilst delivering a robust and proactive diversity & inclusion framework. You\xe2\x80\x99ll maintain lasting relationships with hiring managers, department heads and business leaders within the firm to understand the best hiring practices and how to develop and maintain a consistent approach.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll bring a minimum of 7 years demonstrated experience within the early careers recruiting space preferably within the professional or financial services industry. You should bring a thorough understanding of university relations and campus engagement programmes and proven ability to attract and recruit early careers talent into multiple business areas within the firm. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have experience delivering and developing new programmes whilst taking the initiative to revamp existing processes in place to further streamline a successful early career recruiting agenda.
