About Our Client
Our client is a reputable financial institution with strong global presence and has always been known for its evolutionary HR practices. They are always consciously restructuring its business to put its consumers at its heart of their operations. The bank is considered to be one of the brands in the market that would constantly attract graduates or early talents to consider given its global coverage and position in the market. They are currently looking for a new Early Talent Leader to lead a team of 3 individuals and drive various early talent programs.


You will be reporting to the Global Early Talent Lead, based in the UK with the following responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of early talent managers in the Singapore business and be able to develop, customize, and execute the right strategies to ensure that the bank is able to attract early talents into various businesses in the bank
  • Working with senior business leaders and HR partners, understand respective business talent gaps and be able to consult or provide market insights, talent intelligence, early talent recruitment efforts to fullfil business needs
  • Utilizing data available, provide insightful solutions
  • Work closely with the marketing and employer branding team and have the ability to position the bank as an employer of choice through various channels, i.e. university partnerships, career fairs, networking events
  • Ability to provide a steady pipeline of early talent applicants at specific time intervals
  • Review the current application process, and improve the overall candidate experience
  • Understand the market, competitor\'s strategy and process and to see how can the bank stay competitive
  • Establishing relationships with various bodies, government, institution, universities at networking events to understand the talent landscape
The Successful Applicant
You will need to have at least 5 years of experience in early talent, graduate recruitment management, and have prior people leadership experience. Candidates that are data-driven, with the ability to consult business leaders is important to succeed in the role.
