Roles & Responsibilities Support and contribute to realizing the objectives of the eCommerce agenda as a member of the team. Manage the P&L for our customers, enablers, and distributors, as well as Trade and Marketing investment, spent. Manage eCommerce accounts and daily operational needs. Accountable for both sell out & sell in forecasting and targets, in close collaboration with E-planner, by keeping a close measure of KPIs and driving action. Manage/enhance assortment strategy with customer acquisition manager. Manage internal relationships/stakeholders with supply chain and trade marketing to produce effective promo strategies and create synergies. Monitor and report on the competitor e-commerce landscape (including share, new entrance, and category performance). Identify, develop and recommend new & efficient processes based on evolving eCommerce landscape. Support the needs of the eCommerce team as new projects present themselves. Weekly reporting on new activations and performance KPIs.Requirements Relevant Degree qualification. At least 3-5 years of eCommerce business development experience, ideally at a consumer brand. Proven record of driving a successful business through sales or marketing with strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions. Growth mindset - able to identify, conceptualize and drive new business opportunities. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence people of all levels. Strong ownership, hands-on and good at dealing with ambiguity in a start-up-like environment. Curious, agile & passionate about the e-commerce space and changing consumer behaviors. Thrives in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Excellent planning, time, and deadline management skills. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
