The Regional Fragrance & Beauty (FBP) division is looking for an e-Business Performance Marketing manager, whose role is to analyze, review, and report e-Business performances across commercial (e.g., e-Commerce, e-Retail, e-Shop) and performance marketing (e.g., digital media conversions) across all APAC markets, and develop proposals alongside the Head of e-Business to improve upon them. In addition, this role is also expected to uplift e-Business performance by facilitating learning & sharing of best practices across APAC for all digital commerce touchpoints. This role requires a high degree of interaction & collaboration alongside the local teams in APAC to understand the growth drivers, blockers, and propose solutions to resolve them.
