Job Description


Purpose Reporting to Brand Marketing Manager, Pacific Cluster and being a key marketing team member for Pacific Cluster. The successful candidate will manage the E-commerce and D2C for Singapore and Distributor Markets in Pacific Cluster. Work closely with the sales team to plan and implement Go To Market (GTM) strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share across categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for commercial results and development plan of e-marketplaces and direct to consumer (D2C) channels for Singapore and all distributor markets in the Pacific cluster
  • Provide guidance to the team to create our brand’s online identity, product contents and reviews, influencers’ collaboration, social media platforms engagement, sales conversion rate at cluster level
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand different distributor markets environments and their development plans
  • Set up digital marketing KPI / ROI for performance tracking and provide regular reports at cluster level
  • Participate in rolling out website development project at cluster level
  • Responsible for P&L and marketing budget, and provide business reviews to senior management
  • Driving the sales performance of all the 3rd party ecommerce platforms market places
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies and implement marketing plans to drive business and market share position and penetration
  • Work closely with sales teams to create trade activation programs to maximize sales impact, and measure performance base on ROI
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to prepare new product launch and execute go to market plans including price, distribution and promotions
  • Provide insights to centralized category marketing team to create suitable products and to maximize our competitive advantage, and provide feedback on translating product features into consumer language
  • Lead the e-marketplaces, website and D2C sales plan though associated marketing tools to improve awareness, product exposure, and customer engagement, in order to drive sales leads and conversions
  • Measure and report performance of traditional and digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Mandatory Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum 7 years marketing experience, preferably in consumer appliances or retail industry
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Creative thinking with multi-tasking ability
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of Marketing Initiatives
  • Strong negotiation, people management and presentation skills in English
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing mechanisms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Online shopping malls, social listening etc.)
  • Computer literacy with good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint. Google application is a plus
  • Creative, high flexibility and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience with South East Asia Markets, setting up and managing marketplace, VTEX Platform, building and scaling in E-Commerce Websites
