Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for the go-to-market strategy of Singtel's enterprise network & communications solutions including product profitability, lifecycle management, roadmap planning and pricing to accelerate customers' digital transformation efforts. Execute product bundling and cross functional programs for target market segments. Define business objective, process, track and measure the impact of programs and use insights/learnings to optimize initiatives for increased impact. Develop use cases that demonstrates the unique value proposition of our offers Intelligence gathering to acquire a good knowledge of the competitors and identify upcoming trends. Generate customer insights and analysis by understanding customer needs using customer validation and customer discovery techniques Develop clear positioning and proposition to deliver compelling messaging, content, collateral and customer events. Create solution-based value proposition and develop commercial models to generate new opportunities and awareness. Drive thought leadership, business development and market engagements by working with partners/consultants/industry groups Work effectively across multiple stakeholders including Product, Engineering, IT and Operations on service development and engage sales, marketing and channels to drive mindshare, delivering product growth. Ability to be a strong team player and pull together various stakeholders to work towards timely project completion. Experience in new products launch and development to maximise revenue and customer experience.Requirements Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing or partnership with focus on enterprise technology space Demonstrate experience in creating and driving new programs in a fast pace environment. Knowledge of enterprise networks such as Internet, SDWAN and cloud or Unified comms technologies will be an advantage. Good written and verbal communications skills and strong commercial acumen Advance skills in data management via Excel Keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
