• Responsible to drive and attain e-commerce sales targets and margins for websites and e-marketplaces
• Work with e-marketplaces account managers to implement platform technical needs and sales campaigns
• Open new e-commerce channels for new markets overseas
• Analyze data and deliver data-driven insights to achieve optimal performance and KPIs
• Manage customer data to grow customer base and build loyalty
• Co-ordinate merchandising of online product range, stock management for e-commerce sales
• Upload products and relevant content onto e-commerce platforms, update website content
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment of website orders
• Manage organic social media programs and community, write compelling product descriptions and related product content
• Ensure excellent customer service when responding to customer shipping issues, queries
• Conduct research to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve the e-commerce business and website performance
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on e-commerce performance and metrics
• Review, verify and prepare e-commerce and business-related documents

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce from fashion or retail industry
• Good understanding and experience in Shopify, marketplace platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Qoo10), Google Analytics, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Suite, Excel skills, basic HTML skills, Oracle Netsuite
• Familiar with e-marketplaces backend dashboard
