Job Description


The E-Commerce Executive grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/She conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners. He/She works in a fast-paced digital environment. He/She ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business. He/She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/She must be technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure.



Account Management
Ensure proper set up of operations in channel management and partnership with e-Commerce platform
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate sales revenue with channels and marketplaces and meeting company assigned sales target
Liaise with e-Commerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
Developing, monitoring and recommending improvement initiatives on business processes, customer services and new techniques
To implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth of e-commerce platform.
Providing in depth analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales
Ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience

Online Content
Ensuring accurate product images and optimised product title/descriptions for our SKUs and campaigns
Identifying content required to provide optimal product information and customer insight
Responsible for end-to-end e-Commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfilment, after-sales service etc.
Support senior management on any other ad hoc duties or projects Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce platforms Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories. Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized. Managing stores on marketplaces and liaising with Key Account Managers to improve traffic, conversion rate and ultimately grow sales Be involved in monthly and quarterly promotional planning and actively come up with ideas be it to promotion mechanics or how to market products A keen interest in the latest digital and E-Commerce trends, strong understanding of E-Commerce, digital marketing and logistics/ inventory principles and processes Customer focused with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight Managing day-to-day e-Commerce operations, such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries, website development and other logistics-related matters as necessary E-Commerce Marketplace (Amazon/ brand.com etc): Manage and update product listings/pricing, shop-in-shop designs and ensure product contents are aligned with the promotion plan Assist in managing website content to optimize user journey through key visuals according to brand guidelines and creative direction Explore various promotion tools, and marketing opportunities in the platform, plan and execute activities to drive traffic and conversion through KOLs, promotions, partner brands, marketplaces Work with a creative team to prepare promotion banners, category banners, and campaign artwork Tech savvy and able to understand the basic workings of e-Commerce platforms, experience with Shopify and related systems a plus. Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedules

Qualifications/Skills Minimum 3-year experience in e-Commerce experience in Retail or similar B2C industry A strong commercial mindset and customer first approach Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce platforms Excellent data and analytics skills, with confident use of Excel to manipulate data into meaningful insight Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices. Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions. Data-analysis, understanding of online shopping trends and behaviors Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail. Good teamwork, collaboration, networking skills Communication skills and Initiative to learn and add value Analytical and multitasking skills. Highly organised and methodical with ability to prioritise workload effectively
