Job Summary: The E-Commerce and Customer Service Associate will handle customer inquiry and complaints, give customer's information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. He will also be responsible for the image of the company and generating sales through the internet.: Project the company image by providing excellent customer service. Deliver customer service through phone and social media. Act as an interfere between the customers and the company by attending to their queries, taking in product orders and handling consumer complaints. Provide customers with accurate product information and even make sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products. Enjoys customer interaction and take the extra mile to engage customers. Works with brands to execute online campaignsQualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Must be able to provide an excellent phone support to clients and has experience supporting customers through chat and email. At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service in a retail industry. Has an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Computer, internet and social media savvy. Prior experience managing an e-commerce platform Knowledgeable in Adobe PhotoshopJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
