Key Responsibilities
Handle order processing, administration, and coordination across ecommerce platforms
Maintain product listings, stock availability, prices, and promotions
Support social media activities -- liaise with influencers, assist in creating posts and campaign materials
Respond to customer inquiries, manage feedback, and handle returns or exchanges
Track sales and promotional results, highlighting key insights or issues
Work closely with team members to support online campaigns and inventory updates
Requirements
Some experience in ecommerce operations or customer service preferred
Familiar with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) and social media tools (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive team player, comfortable in a small and dynamic work environment
