WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
A Creative Producer is a person knowledgeable in both the creative and the operating side of production. He/she must be experienced in doing production for e-commerce.
Our team of 66 entrepreneurial-minded people runs business marathons together like a professional sports team. We know that each member has a critical role to play in winning the game, therefore, they are ready to help you get up to speed in no time and are ready to extend a helping hand when you need it most.

• Lead the creation of videos, stills, and GIFs for use on social media platforms
• Participate in planning and strategizing assets for marketing campaign execution.
• Conceptualize and lead the creatives, appropriate products, and brands we work with.
• Maintain knowledge of social media platform content specifications, specifically but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
• Develop the team’s career growth.
• Learn and use new technologies and content trends.
• Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client success.
• Can edit videos and create impactful assets.
• Lead the TransBiz Video Production Team.
• Accountable for the performance of the Video Production Team.

• You must have at least three (3) years of experience as a Producer.
• You must have at least two (2) years of experience in Art Direction.
• You must have experience in a leadership role.
• You must have experience in previous Content Creation.
• You have experience with Illustration and Animation.
• You have a deep understanding of social channels and can communicate with audiences through different mediums.
• You have hands-on experience with various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• You have excellent organizational skills and a track record of delivering on time.
• You can work well independently and is detail-oriented.
• You are able to manage your time well.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are willing to work in a studio set-up full time.
