Job Type: Full-Time


Salary:

SGD 2,500 ++





Key Responsibilities



Handle customer enquiries with accurate and timely responds.


Handle return and refund request via platform


Liaising with different department to serve the customer well and any Adhoc duty provided


Front counter duties including repair collection and walk in requirements: handle complaints, manage calls and feedback professionally


Schedule delivery, service appointments and ability to work well under pressure


Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery


Good communication and computer skills





What we're looking for



Prior customer service experience preferred


Minimum O-Level or Nitec certification


Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin


Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple tasks


Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills


A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences


Proficiency in Microsoft office and google workspace
