Job Description

E-commerce



Daily operations include preparing orders and packing orders Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc) Attending to customer enquries on online platforms Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/platforms Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms. Handle on screen and backend livestreams

Customer Service



Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionn Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Manage showroom for walk in enquiries and servicing

Requirements and skills

Working Hours



5 Day Work (Saturday included) * Working hours: 9am - 5pm
