- Ensure the proper functioning of the web site and marketplace sites.
- Monitoring customer orders daily and working with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Oversee product listings, pricing and execute inventory updates.
- Monitor and manage SLAs to ensure good store ratings on marketplaces.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with marketplaces, logistics providers, and other service providers that support the online business.
- Execute campaigns in all store locations to achieve targets, profitability, and brand exposure.
- Assist in pre- and post-digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to ads campaign setup and email marketing.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to execute them online.
- Validate payments from marketplaces and partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce sales performance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
