Job Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts (modern trade/online retailers) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company\'s sales targets and growth.
• Negotiate business trading terms with key customers.
• Analyse market and competitors\' trend supported with data analysis.
• Plan, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
• Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
• Monitor to ensure sufficient stores inventory display and online presence.
• Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.
• Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ.
• Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in modern trade and/or online food sales.
• Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course with extensive marketing and sales knowledge and technology best practices.
• Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
• Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
• Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making.
• Tech Savvy on social media platforms and able to create innovative marketing campaigns.
• Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
• Positive, motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently, effectively time management, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
