Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure high customer satisfaction, high ship-on time rate, prompt response time and low order cancellation rate
- Assist in the launch of new products
- Maintain product details and pricing on Company's online channels
- Manage Inventory and replenishment of products
- Assist eCommerce manager with any other ad-hoc activities
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
