Be part of the pre-opening team of PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD SINGAPORE to redefine hospitality.

The E-Commerce Manager responsibilities includes driving performance and optimize mix of online channels through regular review and analysis of the performance of the online channels to drive production.

Our Expectations:

• Content Management on Online Travel Agency (OTA) storefront ensuring the information is updated and accurately reflected.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable marketing exposure opportunities and campaigns on online channels to drive revenue and visibility.
• Provide recommendations and deploying the use of strategic online functionalities to grow incremental online revenue.
• Weekly and monthly checks to ensure that the brand.com rates are in parity to OTA through TripAdvisor, RateGain reports, GHA Rate Parity report, etc.
• Thorough checks and investigations including test bookings to ensure wholesale rates are not violating contractual terms.
• Review existing partner\xe2\x80\x99s relevance in the market in relation to Pan Pacific Hotel Group\xe2\x80\x99s commercial needs, and to make the necessary recommendations.
• Evaluate feasibility of new OTA partners and new channels.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with key partners through regular reviews, meet up etc.
• Initiate conversations with key partners to resolve issues related to online channels in a mutually beneficial and professional manner.
• Work with Partners on securing opportunities to maximize Pan Pacific Hotel Group\xe2\x80\x99s exposure on all their platforms and well as marketing initiatives, including and not limited to, Live-streaming, KOLs, Facebook, Instagram, Insta-story, Telegram, Tic Tok, etc.
• Manage and drive system performance and efficiencies for online channels including brand.com, channel manager, OTA extranets, etc to ensure process improvements and relevancy.
• Integrate new OTA partners at hotel or cluster level.
