Main Responsibilities:
  • In charge of the main e-Commerce website (.com) and the teams.
  • In charge of the end-to-end e-commerce process.
  • Job Scope
  • Manage the e-commerce team and be responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the e-commerce site, including user experience, order fulfilment & processing, customer service, and web page development.
  • Manage brand presences on third-party ecommerce platforms to maximize brand exposure and revenue
  • Drive e-commerce strategies integrated with offline marketing plans to deliver commercial impact that meets KPIs (traffic, conversion, site experience etc.)
  • Provide analysis & performance reports to CEO/ Deputy CEO including daily, weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance so as to achieve results
  • Monitor and ensure sufficient inventory to maximize sales, constantly introduce online exclusives- Responsible for the growth trajectory of e-Commerce revenue
  • Introducing new technologies/initiatives for higher efficiency and profitability
  • Optimize internal workflow, customer buying experiences to achieve higher return rates
  • Grow traffic by collaborations with different stakeholders.
  • Liaising with external vendor for the mobile application or other application
  • Ensure that the product/range strategies are supported by the marketing strategy for all Marketplaces selling platforms - including Affiliates, various Digital/Social advertising, and Marketing.
  • Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes.
  • Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programmes over digital platforms.
  • Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
  • Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Monitor and review data and analytics tools.

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years E-Commerce managerial & Hands-on end to end experience or in a similar capacity
  • Have prior experience running an e-commerce site (.com) / or own e-commerce business
  • Proficient with the latest marketing, advertising, and analysis tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business).
  • Strategic and creative thinking abilities
  • An analytical, data-driven person with strong problem-solving skills
